TRES processes and ships orders within 7 Business Days (excludes weekends and Federal Holidays). Due to the high volume of orders during Holiday Seasons and Birthday Month Sales (August) you may experience an extended processing time up to 10 Business Days. Orders are typically delivered 2-4 Business Days after shipment.

All orders are shipped from our location in Georgia via USPS. TRES ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada and follows the standard methods available by USPS or UPS.

Sales Tax rate is based on the shipping address and not the billing address.

Lost or Stolen PackagesTRES is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do offer Route Protection at an additional cost at checkout for a little extra security on your package. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS directly. Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS or UPS.

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.

  • Items – $9.95
  • 3 Items – $11.95
  • 4 Items – $13.95

and an additional $2 for each additional item.

Track Package

When your order ships from our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at usps.com.

Refuse Package

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:

  • Original and return shipping costs.
  • Duties, taxes and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.

The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your TRES store credit.
