We proudly stand behind everything we sell and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 7 Days from the date you received your order. Please note after 7 Days your order will be considered FINAL SALE and you will no longer be able to return back to us for a TRES store credit. We do not offer refunds, but we are more than happy to provide you a TRES store credit that can be used at any time towards a future online purchase. We do not offer credit on the original shipping cost.

Returning your Purchase
To start your return process please visit our Return Portal – link at the bottom of the page. Please send exchange item(s), the invoice, and the return form to the address listed below. The item(s) MUST BE in their original packaging and unworn. If your item is not returned in its original state your exchange will not be honored.
Please allow up to 7 Business Days from the date of delivery to us to process your exchange for a TRES store credit (please note the day of delivery does not count as a Business Day). You will receive an email with your store credit and instructions on how to apply the store credit to an online order.
Unfortunately once an order is placed we can not cancel your order due to the high volume of orders we have.
Once an order leaves our warehouse any changes to shipping address, you will need to contact USPS and ask for the package to be re-routed to you. We are not responsible for any orders once we receive confirmation that the item was delivered. We do offer Route Protection on all orders during checkout at an additional fee.
