How does the Sizes Run?

Sizes will vary depending on the item, please use the size chart as a general guide. Specific details about each item will be available on the product page in the description section to help guide you on the size that will work best for you.

What size is your Model?

Our Regular Size Model is 5’5 and wears a size 6 and typically wears a Small in all of our pieces. There are times she needs a Medium and if so will be noted on the product page. Our Plus Size Model is 5’10 and wears a size 18 and typically wears a 1x in all of pieces. Again there are times she will need a 2x for item(s) that run small and that information will be noted on the product page.

When will I receive an order confirmation?
Your order confirmation will be emailed to you within 30 minutes of placing a successful order.

How do I check the status of my order?
You may check the status of your order by logging in to your account, clicking on “My Orders”. Once your order has shipped your account details will be updated with tracking information. You will also receive tracking information via email.

When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 3-7 Business days.  Please see our Shipping Policy for more detailed information regarding shipping times and services.

When will I get my tracking number?
You will receive a shipping notification email that includes your USPS tracking information once your order ships. Time frame once it leaves our warehouse to the time it receives your house will vary depending on your location and the volume of USPS. TRES is not responsible for the time frame once it leaves our warehouse.

How do I change/add/remove something on my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been placed.

How can I cancel my order?
No, our processing team is usually pretty quick in getting your orders prepped for shipping. So we are unable to cancel any orders after it has been successfully placed.

Will I have to pay taxes on my order?
Taxes are assessed based on municipality that the order is shipping to, not the billing address. If the shipping municipality assesses tax on retail sales, then you will be charged the appropriate tax on your purchase.

PAYMENT

When does my card get charged?
Your card will be charged once you click submit order.

Why has my card been declined?
Your bank will be able to let you know why your card has been declined. Please contact your card-issuing bank.

Does TRES accept prepaid gift cards?
Yes, we accept all major prepaid gift cards as long as the card has been registered through the customer service number on the card. Please make sure to register your prepaid card with an address or zip code, otherwise your card will not be accepted.

INVENTORY

Will you Restock Items?
We get emails from customers requesting restock information, but we usually don’t have restock information until items arrive, if they are restocked at all. We like to keep the flow of new merchandise constantly coming in, therefore, restocks are sometimes not available. We will try our best to restock popular items if the manufacturer is able to complete our request.

Can I return/exchange my item(s)?

Unfortunately we do accept returns requesting refunds. We do however accept returns (on eligible items only – white items, sale items, bodysuits/swimsuits are FINAL SALE ITEMS) and you will receive a TRES Credit in which you can use on any future purchase. Once an item is received please allow up to 5 Business Days from the date of receipt to receive your TRES Credit. TRES Credit will be issued to the email address associated with your order.

Do you offer Return Labels?

No, we do not offer return labels as exchanged items are made at the customers own cost. If there was an error on our end of receiving the wrong item or a damaged item we will reimburse customer of the shipping cost. Note the shipping receipt must be included in the returned package. Please note we will only cover the cost of returning package to us using regular shipping we will not cover overnight or expedited shipping.

Why did I receive a refund for my order?

We work very hard on making sure our inventory is updated and accurate. But at times item may sometimes sells out very quickly due to the high demand and on some occasions become unavailable. If at anytime you have placed an order and your item can not be fulfilled you will receive a refund for that item. If you order contains additional items that can be fulfilled those items will ship out.
